GI offers complete solutions for Brick & Tile Lining: Acid resistant Carbon brick and acid proof tiles are specially made from high quality carbon and alumina materials which are durable, chemical and thermal resistant. We use special Furane resin for mortar preparation to fix the bricks for erosion/corrosion, giving added protection against thermal and impact resistance for adverse service conditions to protect the tank bottom and shell of the Phosphoric Acid plants.

Especially for process and storage tanks secondary containment areas, to prevent from the spillage acids on the concrete flooring, wall and channels we use special type of acid resistance membrane, furane based mortars to fix the carbon brick tiles and ceramic tiles.
